And so it begins
Day one of my nightmarish descent into the pits of hell of exercise. 30 minutes running and walking...more of a long painful walk after a brisk little jog. The good thing though is it was better than what I did the day before and the day before that which is to say, absolutely NOTHING!
Hopefullt tomorrow and the day after, it will become more of a long run with a little bit of walking. The ongoing barometer will be how far I can go in those same 30 minutes.
